Pros
Much more balanced from a work/life perspective relative to other Bay Area companies. Make sure to provide their employees with competitive salaries to attract top talent. Are interested as a company to pursue new opportunities/technologies and open to exploring new ways of doing things.
Cons
A lot of tools still need to be developed to be able to most efficiently do your work. Standards for data storage/files (e.g. Dropbox/Google Drive or Google Sheets/Quip) still need to be solidified as all are in use and it can make it difficult to access information.
