      Pros

      -Good pay, benefits, but calculate long hours and weekends -FREE food -Good brand name when you leave, people

      Cons

      -diversity hires that arent remotely qualified to do the work -Over 1,000 recruiters, most are not that good, lowering the bar to hit big numbers -Internal agency like environment, lots of backstabbing over candidates -Mgmt doesnt lead, they micromanage numbers and do not promote a team environment -

      Pros

      Autonomy, growth, mobility within the company, resources. Pay & perks are insane. At a corporate level, they try and do everything they can to keep you happy. As a company, FB is awesome.

      Cons

      Management politics are a thing at FB just like any company. Anybody with any kind of dissatisfaction or complaint is treated like they are the one with the issue, because how could anything be wrong with such a perfect place as Facebook?!

      okay so i guess the pay is great benefits are also great and that they can help you get jobs easilky

      its hell i dont like the company only old people and kids under 10 use facebook and some bad meme accounts and the company keeps leaking everyone information
