I like to work super early in the morning 5:30 am and also super late in the evening. I can work during my peak time with the mid-day off where I spend it with family.

Fb gives employees the freedom to make impact with very few (if any) bureaucratic guardrails. They trust their employees to make impact, so if I feel passionate about something I do it -- instead of first having to ask permission like I've been used to. • Diversity & Inclusion. FB doesn't just talk about the importance of DEI, they put the resources in place to actually make it happen. They have clear goals for the company to achieve diversity across the board (including within Leadership) and the provide proactive updates for how we're tracking. • Perks. The legends are true, but after more than a year still finding out about new benefits. Wellness award is my favorite and can be used to reimburse expenses for whatever helps you recover -- whether it's Spa Days, Ski Trips, or even an Apple Watch for tracking fitness. • Career Growth.
