Pros
incredibly smart people, great pay + benefits, culture of feedback and doing work that creates impact (when done well)
Cons
Exponential growth = utter chaos, many internal processes are undocumented or unformed, with little cross-functional collaboration or compromise in the stickiest places. People focus on *their* area and how they can "make impact", making it difficult to get any cross-functional momentum "for the good of the org". Culture of feedback can be based on personal/emotion reactions instead of sincere efforts to develop leaders (esp. if upward feedback from those early in career).
