Pros
Open communication via internal facebook with hilarious groups full of memes. High salary for an apprenticeship, great benefits, working with top talent, free food, feeling like you're part of something bigger.
Cons
They prided themselves on being like a startup when they were inflated to 100K+ employees. Incredibly disorganized and chaotic. Gaslighting like I've never experienced. They kept telling us we had a 12 month contract so we couldn't be laid off. We were eventually laid off with 10K+ other people. Had to endure several hiring freezes.
