      Pros

      Given the number of employees relative to the size of the company, you always get to work on something meaningful, interesting, and challenging. Compensation is good, hours are great, travel is extremely manageable for most roles, and managers do a great job of balancing between using current strengths and developing new skills in preparation for future roles. The food is also great.

      Cons

      Wish the office were dog-friendly, but that's about it.

      Impactful and Entitled

      Pros

      Lots of smart people working on impactful projects. Great compensation and perks.

      Cons

      High compensation leads to employees expecting and demanding more and more perks, leading to a somewhat toxic environment. Many employees do not have much perspective on the greater world. One senior engineer claimed that they were "poor", which I found ridiculous. As evidenced by the Russian election scandal, the company as a whole has very little understanding of the side-effects of its mission. "Open and more connected", but at what price?

      Equipment is all cutting edge design, amazing culture, wonderful benefits.

      Cons

      Really fast paced environment which can make you feel overwhelmed. Fast growing company so there are a lot of management changes and always new faces to learn.
