- Most engineers are above average - London office is new, good cantine and micro kitchens

Cons

- Most managers are not very technical and keep moving around between teams - Big focus on impact and moving fast and almost no concern for quality - "Don't do it if you can't add it to your performance review" mentality - London Office location is far from public transport
