Pros
Pay is good but not amazing. It is not worth the constant pain, 60+ hours per week and instability. If you have a chill job where the pay is good, do not come here. The only reasons to come here is if you are desperate, e.g., have massive debt, visa is about to expire, etc.
Cons
Toxic culture. Do not believe your managers when they say things are good. They have no clue when a massive layoff is coming and when it happens, they can't even protect themselves. Always be on the look out for yourself.
