      Pros

      Awesome people and culture that really cares about building great products. Extremely open, you can ask questions to Zuck and Sheryl directly, even as an intern. A culture that cares a lot about people and building great products. Also, things move very fast and fluidly -- I got to ship code to prod on a daily basis. Extremely intelligent, friendly, and helpful engineers and coworkers.

      Cons

      The "move fast" motto is taken very seriously, which can be a bit intimidating at first. Facebook also encourages people to work very hard (sometimes too hard), which can put a lot of pressure on you. As an intern there were many weeks where I worked > 50 hours. At the same time, I did really enjoy my work, and coding was balanced by social events, team dinners, intern trips, etc.
