Thanks for being a Sourcer in a team near and dear to my heart and one I spend a lot of time in. I appreciate all the amazing work you do to bring in amazing talent into the company. Also, appreciate the shout out on compensation, benefits, food and the quality of the people you get to work with. I agree we can always do better with work life balance, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on it. We're constantly listening to our employees through our internal surveys and we're also debating this topic a lot across our management and leadership teams especially during these covid times, as well as learning a lot more from external sources as well.
