The people are incredibly smart and inspiring to work alongside.

Cons

Company goal of being good for the world is a constant struggle, it’s not ever prioritized over profits. Reorgs and layoffs have made it an increasingly toxic environment.

Long term it is a good thing to restructure the orgs and to make it leaner and efficient

Cons

bad decision from the leadership to expand in the past 2 years and grow headcount now going through rounds of rounds lay-off is emotionally damaging for everyone.
