      Pros

      Culture, culture and more culture. The first thing you will notice as a new employee at Facebook is the multitude of social events both in office and offsite. There is always something fun to do that helps you engage with coworkers that you may not have come in contact with in your normal work day! I truly enjoy my coworkers and find myself hanging out with them even for non-facebook events, its great!

      Cons

      It is a very fast pace environment and it takes time to really find that work life/personal life balance.

      - You are surrounded by the best of the best. - Everything is handled for you, and you get the feeling the FB is here to help you be more productive in life in general. - There's space to grow, and it's performance driven.

      Cons

      It's still a big company, so there are ways you can end up going down the `feel good about yourself` train, and end up not being too great.

      I learned a lot of things, from a lot of smart peoples. It is a job where your ideas matters, and that is the most important thing for people like me.

      Cons

      I really have no cons here. Probably the only thing that bothers me sometime is the food given to us.
