Pros
Incredible colleagues, exciting work, many opportunities for growth
Cons
benefits have taken a real hit from cost-cutting: - optum (HSA, FSA, healthcare, lifestyle spend) is not great. Some employees end up taking their HSAs to fidelity and forgoing the employer contribution. Two months after starting I could not reimburse medical expenses - Aires (relocation benefit) will nickel-and-dime every expense you try to reimburse with them, even if you are well under your expense cap, so make sure to request the full policy on every expense (they don't give you the full policy information and caveats up front) and be very nitpicky and pre-approve all expenses. Make sure to note down who you talk to if you call support as if you were dealing with an insurance company - food and other perks have been targets for cost-cutting, so staffing, quality, and availability of everything from office supplies to snacks have been in short supply.
