None that I can think of. Full of politics at this point. If you know to play the PSC game and are a bad engineer meta is the place for you.

Cons

There is a long list - 1. Full of politics 2. Short term display of work(not actual work) gets rewarded in the name of impact. 3. They genuinely just have 3 apps that are cash and rest is all empire building. 4. Leadership is clueless and lack human empathy. 5. Backstabbing and putting others down is promoted. 6. You will get to work ego driven poor engineers

- Good pay - High profile job - Good place to learn and connect with talented people - Fast growth

Cons

- Performance review driven environment creates toxic competitiveness, and incentivizes everyone to look for measurable very short term wins rather than valuable work - Recently the company has been extremely top down, aggressively taking lots of disruptive decisions and enforcing them on the whole company without any room for push back. - Very high turn over rate. - WLB can be very bad.
