      Pros

      - Bottom up culture with ICs leading charge of most of the projects - Compassionate policies and specially in the tough time like COVID the people team and management has gone beyond to make sure people take care of themselves too - People are happy to help all the time - Feedback is always provided when asked and encouraged.

      Cons

      - Things move really fast, if you are used to long planning sessions and design sessions then you are in wrong place.

      Pros

      I have been incredibly pleasantly surprised by the Facebook culture, which matches what it purports to be, which in my experience is very unusual. During the currently global crisis, FB leadership has proven time and time again that they really do put the wellbeing of employees front and centre, and still deliver on enormous ambitions. The pace is fast, the compassion is real.

      Cons

      There are an enormous number of extremely smart people, moving very fast, in a really empowered and transparent way. There is nowhere to hide, peer pressure is enormous and the bar is high!
