Great Perks. Food is amazing. You work with really smart people. And have lots of good infra at your disposal.

Cons

Lots of politics permeate to ICs. Toxic culture around PSC (Performance). "Bottoms-up" is often sold as a plus, but real decisions are top-down, is just accountability that gets the bottoms-up treatment.
