- Compensation & Benefits - Great Internal Tools for Productivity - Helpful Internal Community - Still quite a transparent culture. Overload of information

Cons

- Becoming very political, aligning with the right leader is key to growth and longevity. - Mid-level managers uses internal posts as measure of productivity, creating a popularity contest culture and lot of posts about nothing - Reorgs happen every ~6 months, learn to be fluid and live in constant change - Cost-cutting is now a company focus. A lot of benefits have been cut or reduced
