      Pros

      They still have power politics here, and the management of departments went south when Zuckerberg had to change everything recently. The place is great if your team is great. The work is fulfilling as well, and a lot of room for growth.

      -bad management of the company -high requisition, despite an easy schedule -no hiring recently
