Thank you for your feedback and your contribution in growing Facebook as a vendor program manager in Dublin. I appreciate the call out on benefits, and the fact that the company really takes a care of its employees. We think a lot about how we can improve the employee experience to ensure we are creating and fostering and inclusive environment where everyone can be heard and feel a sense of belonging. We also try to provide a competitive remuneration package including benefits, so thank you for the shout out there. We know that work-life balance is a challenge for a lot of workers in the tech sector, I know I certainly feel it juggling parenting as well as work responsibilities. Facebook continues to focus on this area: whether it is providing internal tools to understand how we work, providing resources to learn more on resilience, mental health and work-life balance. Or training managers to be more responsive to employees experiencing burn out or stress. We'll keep continuing our focus to do even more here.
