While I worked at MetaCommunications I felt like I was able to easily connect with the other engineers that worked there. I felt like if I had any question I could easily take the time of the more senior engineers to answer questions while also being given the freedom to solve problems.
Cons
Project management sometimes had been an issue with respect to keeping clarity in what engineering could handle versus what projects were on our plates, though there was a strive to reduce pain and add clarity.
