      Pays the bills and that’s about it.......

      Pros

      Good people to work with, and generally a positive attitude throughout the place. Everyone knows their job fairly well. Except the maintenance dept sucks, and is very slow to fix problems. Its enough to pay the bills, but they need to pay what people are worth so they stay. Average of 1-2 resignations a week.

      Cons

      Pay is less than many other places in the area. Health insurance is garbage.

      People who work here snitch on each other to HR worse than kids at a preschool.
