First we appreciate you taking the time to write this review, although we regret that we weren't able to address your concerns while you were still an active employee. We take our company culture very seriously and are always eager to incorporate constructive feedback in helping MEC to continue being a best place to work.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. While we recognize this review is from 2012, as we begin to proactively manage our social media presence, we appreciate and encourage all comments from current and previous employees. Although this post is four years old, we hopefully have addressed many of the concerns you listed. We've introduced a number of new training initiatives since this review, many of which are focused on enhanced communication and heightened leadership skills which we hope will have a lasting impression long into the future.
