Good pay benefits and extras. You'll enjoy the family style environment and all that metals USA offers its employees. They take care of their people.

Cons

Hot sweaty redundant work. Also the steel industry is a "good ole boys" club- most of these men and women have been doing this for their entire lives and so have their fathers and mothers- it's hard to get in because they hand pick their people from their family and friend groups.
