Metapack Project Manager/Implementation Consultant reviews

The reason to join the company was that I felt Metapack had a less rigid and structured organization (which may not be for everyone but it was good to me). As usual, a review starts with your department and the people you work with closely. In my case, I’ve found that the Project Management & Implementation leaders are extremely helpful, flexible and reliable when you need them. You have room to build the connections you need in order to complete your job, HR staff does a great job in communicating with is needed, Office management is trying to improve the office environment and I must say the fruits and snacks provided are quite good (and I hope it will be improving in quality and ‘living healthy philosophy’). Again, in my opinion, you need to be a self-starter and had a very flexible attitude in order to work here and honestly, I’ve got the feeling that the management is working towards improving every area of the company’s culture.
