      Pros

      Joining just before lockdown I had to virtually meet everyone, they were all in high spirits, very helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      Due to starting at the beginning of lockdown, I have not been able to eat the office snacks!

      1. Some really amazing people 2. A great product which is market leading 3. Great Snacks + breakfast and dinners provided 4. Great office - just been renovated 5. Flexibility - work life balance is key 6. Company communications are consistent and provide an open culture

      Cons

      Building lifts can be a little slow - but it's not a massive issue
