High Staff turnover, sometimes chaotic, Pale Male Group at the TOP.

-Nice people -Reliable bonus -Nice snacks and office environment -Interesting sector -Good work/life balance during 'normal' months in the year -Nice founder and interesting VPs

Cons

-No progression and limited career opportunities due to small size -No learning & development -Crazy attrition, people constantly leaving -Chaotic and reactive -Recently acquired by Stamps.com, this has not been managed well and lots of people have left as a result -Bit of a boys club in senior management
