Pros

I get to work with one of the sharpest people. Metaswitch conducts a thorough interviews to ensure the best talents are hired. I do not get constantly frustrated working with not-so-bright people. The work atmosphere is great, it can be demanding from time to time, but overall I enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

can't think of anything. More perks perhaps?
