Pros

Everyone is very friendly, and it's a great environment. In the Enfield office there are activities during lunch and after work every day. If you need help, you can ask anyone and they are always willing to help. Company houses are also great as you get to live with other interns and not have to organise your own accommodation.

Cons

The canteen is very expensive, but as interns we often just had a picnic in the park so it doesn't really matter. Lot's of the lunchtime activities are based outside - maybe more indoors stuff for when the weather is poor.
