Pros

Some of the benefits from old management

Cons

The employee is not important you are only a number. The layer of managers are not people oriented, they are on the position only because of time in the company or they are good in their previous job but a few of them are good with people.

Pros

They will do anything to make money, including skirting the rules: - Bent the RUS rules about final assembly in the US - Does not collect state sales tax - Shipped kit on the first month of the new quarter but counted the revenue in the past quarter

Cons

There are too many to count, but here are the top 3: - Cliques and favoritism are rampant in the whole company. Watch out who you anger. - Managers are trained to be micro-managers (ex. giving feedback on punctuation in an email) - Don't report things to management. You'll be targeted for removal.

Great vision, but weak on execution.

Pros

Good place to get management experience on your resume since the manager/employee ratio is very high. Interesting range of customers.

Cons

Low morale, frequent layoffs, uncommunicative leadership. Very stratified- 8 or 9 layers of management is not uncommon.

No stress, managers manage pressure well Very focussed on improving employees skills, with the areas chosen to focus on being decided by the employee

Cons

Hard to tell how well you are performing, as managers always give positive feedback Initial salaries are good, but tend towards average.

Pros

Pay was good, lots of opportunities for moving around within the company, my manager was a nice guy and the culture was positive and supportive.

Cons

Enfield isn't very exciting, transition to microsoft ownership means that the culture will change.
