Pros

Metasys was very good at following through with onboarding. Payments were prompt and correct, When payroll modifications were needed (overtime, shift changes) there were handled the first time very professionally.

Cons

When my contract ended, there was no warning. I was told as heading into the office

Thank you for this feedback. We notify our consultants about the end date of their assignment as soon as we receive this information from our clients. Sometimes, our clients notify us the day they want to end an assignment. While this is not the norm, it does happen sometimes. If/when a consultant who is ending an assignment is a match for another opportunity, we present them and do our best to help them land.

WFH is the only pros with this company

Cons

You will be forced to work 10-12 Hrs. per day minimum because the company offer permanent Remote if they want to terminate you they will give you a lame excuse that you are not performing as per the company's expectation they do not think twice before asking to work during the weekend, no family life
