      - Fast-paced environment that reflects the company’s culture and working style - CEO & CTO are sharp, honest, and set a strong tone for the culture - Very responsive team, communication is quick and clear - Interview process is efficient, thoughtful, and gives a real feel for the team dynamics - Small team but exciting company stage (fast-growing), lots of exposure and impact opportunities

      - Fast pace might feel intense for those who prefer more structure - Start-up/Scale-up environment means things change quickly, which may not suit everyone

      - Thorough and engaging process that gave me meaningful time with future teammates across different parts of the business. - Radically transparent about the company’s vision, performance, and product roadmap, which made it easy to understand the opportunity ahead. - Clear, actionable feedback with thoughtful follow-up that made me feel supported throughout the process. - No repetition across the process and each interviewee was very present and prepared.
