Pros
Smart, talented, modest people. Client work that many studios would kill for. No marketing work, this place is a pure product and brand design studio. People are trusted and given autonomy.
Cons
There's something missing, a lack of urgency, of leadership, of motivation. No body is driving the company forward, so it doesn't feel like an energetic place. Shame.
