      Pros

      Methodica technologies is fast growing vibrant company which is at its best in converting Concepts to Incredible technology . A best place to get the Career , it has been an absolute pleasure to work here . my skills and communication improved . Good at quality of service and Excellent attention employee, very aggressive to meet the dead line. I would recommend anyone to work with this company for better work assignments . I must say that this company has a Great future ahead with the pace of changing Technology .

      Pros

      A lot of new projects going on internally and with other big companies from different sectors. A very flexible working scheme, depending on the project you could be working either from home or on-site as a contractor. A lot of experience in the team from different backgrounds.

      Cons

      It's still a young company, so there are a few areas that are still weak. Getting software licenses to work with and develop internal tools for our products sometimes might take longer than expected, but as the company grows this will become readily available. The overall hiring process is really fast, but because of that it might not be as clearly explained as you would like.

      Open door policy. Strong support from the management for each and every employee needs. Enjoyed working on startup. Best Platform to showcase your talent and same time add new professional skill set.

      Cons

      Less footprint in the market but want to be the change I want to see in the future.
