      Pros

      Great place to work with good benefits. MMMC is a very clean and well kept hospital.

      Cons

      The on-call pay should be equal for ALL DEPARTMENTS in the hospital. Pay is a little low in comparison with other facilities.

      Pros

      One of the best place lo work. Like your own family. Been working for this hospital over 11 years.

      Cons

      Very expensive and bad insurance. Some doctors wont accept United health care insurance. Refuse most of medicine to fill.
