      People you will work with are amazing.

      Cons

      Management is never available or has specific hours. Will not get back to you promptly and you will have to remind them on a daily basis. Management is not well educated in all parts of the department.

      Poor Culture

      Got really passionate unit nurse managers

      Cons

      This is like a step above medical city but a far step below the large facilities in the area. The culture is not cohesive. The entire team communicates poorly together. I wound up getting blacklisted by my coworkers because I became overwhelmed and then was proceeded to be mocked for it.
