      Benefits could be better. They want you to use Methodist health providers for everything.

      I wrote a review on Aug 5, 2024 regarding my experience. HR responded and suggested that I send an email, I sent an email to HR requesting a meeting and NEVER even got a response. I’ve tried applying for positions in other departments, gotten interviews and have been ghosted. I would think that as a current employee, I would atleast receive a response, even if the answer is “no”. At this point I’m looking for another position outside of Methodist. No matter, what I do I can’t get a response from anyone and Im beyond frustrated.

      Scheduling, education, pay is somewhat decent, food is good.

      Toxic people that management refuses to deal with. Never had a job this was an issue before.
