Thank you for your review. We're glad that you like your schedule, and don't we all love holidays? We're not sure what you mean when you say nurses lose skills here because we are so passionate about helping nurses grow in all areas — especially skills! If you have suggestions, we're listening. Feel free to email us at hrcareer@mhd.com

Pros

Opportunities to learn new things. Allow employees to participate in projects and new initiatives.

Cons

Sub par Pay and politics. Have to know someone or play the game for a promotion.

Thank you for your review. We're sad that you felt like politics play a role in promotions. That is honestly not our style! We sincerely wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Coworkers are some good people to be around, mostly. Good experience if you are a New Grad - but that depends on your nurse coach.

Cons

- Poor leadership (They put people in charge [charge nurses, educators] that should not be in charge and pretend like they like you when they dont. - HR is not your friend - and that's everywhere, but specifically here. They will stab you in the back the moment they get the chance, or find a way to subtly get rid of you if you are no longer a use to them. - Compensation is better at other hospitals and their orientation/training is much more structured and organized for you to be successful in.

Thank you for your review. It's disappointing to hear that you had an unhappy experience with leadership and HR. We wish we could have addressed your dissatisfaction when you were here, and we hope that you experience happier times ahead.
