Upper management is incredibly out of touch with those working in the offices. Directives come down the pipeline and instead of listening to those who are in the trenches, it becomes their way or the highway. It wasn't always like this. Use to love working there, but then upper management stopped showing appreciation, stopped giving recognition to those performing, and stopped listening.
