Pros

Some of the nicest people. Everyone helps each other. One of their sayings is take care of each other and they do. Fair pay in line with others in the area. Benefits are good, standard for the area.

Cons

There’s not really any I can think of. I’m sure it has its downfalls like other places but all in all it’s a good place.

The people! One of the primary reasons I have stayed- the culture, the mission, the people. Benefits remain competitive. MHS has also shown extreme dedication to its employees through this time of COVID.

Cons

Even when reasons are understood, limited resources can be discouraging at times.
