      Pros

      My co-workers are wonderful. I enjoy coming to work each day. My immediate supervisor is a pleasure to work with. She allows us to be a team and utilize our talents to make a difference for our patients. I feel like I know the vision senior leaders have for this organization and I'm part of the team that makes it happen.

      I have no complaints worth expressing.

      What a Hot Mess

      Great, mission-driven organization. Many, many, many committed caregivers.

      Cons

      What an incredible hot mess of narcissistic, egotistical leadership: Who: Steve Mansfield (portrays himself as a "Christian," but despises people of color (what happened to the mural, Steve?.) Demands to be addressed as "Dr." Mansfield. His PhD is from some second/third-tier university, and his thesis was re: hope. He takes more than $1M annually, despite the "Budget Pause." And he proudly exclaims that Methodist is "below market" for talent. Yes, can we just say it's all about HIM?

      Pros

      This is the best company I’ve worked for culture wise. They really care about their employees. There is always room for growth. Senior leadership cares about their people and wants them to succeed. This is the healthiest environment in a hospital setting I have ever experienced.

      Cons

      I think they do just enough to make compensation slightly above average. If the pay would mirror the experience of culture, no one would ever leave.
