      Pros

      Benefits, Part remote/part in-office work schedule, employees are supportive, management is helpful and doesn’t micromanage.

      Cons

      Compensation could be more competitive. The growth and leadership development in my department is lacking. I had to proactively ask my manager about professional development and leadership goals.

      Mediocre Health Insurance

      Decent place. Not too big. Good Department. Decent pay. I liked the managers. CEO is a very nice person

      Insurance was and still is not great. Pay too much for mediocre coverage. Management were too nice with the ones that didn't d the work

But we do hope that you find circumstances that better meet your needs. As far as management, we always want to hear from employees who are unhappy with managers because we will do what it takes to make it right!
