Thank you for your review. It sounds like you're happy with your compensation package, but other aspects of your job could be improved. If it would help to talk about it, don't hesitate to email us at hrcareer@mhd.com.

Medical Benefit coverage is terrible

Pros

co-workers are nice, opportunity for advancement if you have a good Director

Cons

MHS does not offer IVF benefits. They claim they are competitive with other systems; they are NOT. Baylor and Cook Childrens are offering IVF coverage. Also, if you want the cheapest healthcare you must go on the EPO plan and use Methodist PCPs. This is terrible for employees commuting from Ft Worth/west of Metroplex to Dallas.. I jumped ship to Baylor Ftw; got a raise and now have IVF coverage! A faith-based hospital should support families wanting to grow and needing help with conception!
