      Pros

      Salary compensation is competitive for national average.

      Cons

      Reactive organization, low concern for employee safety during pandemic and varies from campus to campus, so better options were/are available, but dependent on location you work. Medical Management department is a rigid train wreck, the micro-management is ridiculous and the only things that matter are the numbers that the Manager/Director are evaluated on.

      Pros

      Great work environment: inclusive, respectful, and supportive. Good salary and benefits. Servant, honest and approachable leaders. A culture of improvement and compassionate health care.

      Cons

      To this day, I have not found any cons. MHS is truly a nice place to work.

      Good communication from executives, career advancement, diversity and inclusion, family, great patient care, growth of system, advances in technology.

      Cons

      Not the highest salaries in the market.
