Even though I did not qualify for a merit increase, Payroll conducted an unsolicited market analysis and gave my salary a bump up to be competitive. There are processes in place to prevent flavor-of-the-month initiatives from wasting company resources. Low turnover rates compared to industry benchmarks. Leadership development is a priority here, and the Emerging Leader Program is an amazing opportunity. Tuition reimbursement and the ADN nursing program through El Centro Community College still has me mindblown that my own immediate family or myself can become a Nurse paid for by MHS!
