      Methodist is a wonderful place to work where employees genuinely care about the patients. The caring culture is evident in the way the staff treats each other and patients.

      By nature and necessity, larger organizations are less nimble in working through multiple departments or layers. But the can-do approach and relational basis of the culture helps navigate those processes.

      Pros

      Methodist walks the walk and talks the talk. The culture is unlike anywhere I’ve ever worked. You will see the hospital CEOs walking the halls and taking patients where they need to go. Our senior executives are accessible and truly value feedback. I feel so lucky to be doing this job and to be surrounding by the people who make Methodist the special place it is.
