Pros

- Work closely with team members - Learn a lot about project/software management - Exposure to a fairly mixed customer base - Great positions for people starting out in their careers

Cons

It's a small company, so if you don't fit with the culture, chances are this won't work well for you. Strongly encourage you to really get a sense of the people you'll be working with before taking an offer.

Pros

The company offers great training opportunities for growth.

Cons

The environment is uncomfortable and management likes to micro-manage. The product/service is sub-par and is not worth the price point. Management will belittle you in front of the team and talk about you behind your back. If you are considering a position at this company, run for the hills.

Pros

Has a start up feel and if they like you, you will be exposed to advanced opportunities.

Cons

Micro management is the norm, especially when you are just starting. Working on the weekends is a requirement, as well as more than 40 hours per week and the salary does not match those expectations. Asking for vacation is uncomfortable, and the overall office morale is tense.
