Pros

Metis has a positive atmosphere where people enjoy working together. It provides work life balance while still achieving the mission of the company/program. Metis is a team environment where collaboration and new ideas are welcomed. I highly recommend Metis to anyone. Metis goes above and beyond to take care of it's employees. Proof is in it's receipt of several awards for employee support including the New Mexico Family Friendly award (2019 and 2020) and the HIRE Vets Award, receiving the Gold Medallion in 2018 and the Platinum Medallion level award in 2019.

Pros

This company really values their employees and is very responsive to employee feedback. They don't treat their employees like a number, but an actual human being. They are always creating new programs to help support their employees and help them grow with the company.

Cons

Nothing negative to say. Best place I have ever worked!
