Pros
There use to be a lot of pros but now it's a sinking ship.
Cons
. New management is awful. Some are either good with people and terrible at running a business or good at business and have no idea how to communicate with people. . You better cross your fingers that you are getting paid well or that will cut you to save money. I've seen lots of amazing developers get fired with same day notice. . You are "encouraged" to work OT constantly and if you don't you just might not have a job for long. . The projects managers are clueless how the software industry works. They throw out buzz words to sound smart but offer no value to the company. All I can say is if you still work here...it's only a matter of time before this ship sins completely.
