      Pros

      Great place to work. Great Salary. Great Team that will push you to be the best developer you can be. Steady Work. If you are good they will take care of you.

      Cons

      This is an extremely competitive work environment. If you are not ready to push yourself, or if you just want a pay check you do not want to work here. That being said its not about what you know but your ability to grow. So if you are not 100% sure you have the skill, you can still thrive here as long as you push yourself.

      Metova is Happiness

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that cherishes their employees and actually understands how important their employee's happiness is which in turn creates a business that is very functional and continues to be profitable and known. All of our customers are very trusting of our abilities to perform to their standard but we will always exceed their expectations. I am very lucky & happy to work at Metova!

      Cons

      No company, human being, anybody/anything is perfect. There will always be flaws but I can say the pro's outweigh the cons without hesitation and it is more of a 99% good --> 1% bad.
