Metova Developer Senior reviews

Metova has been in survival mode for the past 6 months or so after losing various contracts. Over this time period the company has struggled to bring in new clients which has lead to two rounds of lay offs (mostly developers) to attempt to bring the company out of the red. Severe lack of communication between sales, upper management and developers. This leads to terribly estimated efforts and frustrated developers. Up until about a year ago this was one of the biggest strengths of the company. Current management is actively working on trying to fix this. Morale is absolutely shot due to developers constantly being in fear of losing their jobs. Metova has lost a lot of great developers within the last one to two years due to resignations and lay offs. Due to the troubling times and lack of money this talent has not been replaced.
